Our Vision and Mission are to share with others, encourage people to recognize and appreciate the diversity of Indonesia’s culture, environment and also gain good carrier in the future.
Motivation is key to an organization’s success. It's the level of commitment, drive and energy that a company's workers bring to the role every day. Without it, companies experience reduced productivity, lower levels of output and it's likely that the company will fall short of reaching important goals too.
Inspirational leadership style do focus more on creativity and the implementation of new ideas in the future. They are really ambitious in following and achieving upcoming goals through constantly encouraging and motivating their employees (Reardon, et al., 1998).
We want to do more class Motivation and Leadership Program and sharing this with community.
